We are currently processing applicants on a first come first serve basis. Alexander Station Apartments has 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units available.

In order to help us facilitate this process, please bring all of the items listed below that pertain to you to the appointment. All adult applicants must attend the appointment.
- Social Security cards for all household members
- Picture ID/Driver's License or passport for each adult household member
- If self-employed, we will need your previous year's tax return and w-2s (if applicable)
- Payroll Stubs for the last 90 days
- Award letter from Social Security if applicable
- Award letter from the Social Security Agency (EDD, Short Term Disability)
- Checking Account Statements for the last 6 months (include account numbers)
- Current month bank statement for Saving Accounts (include account numbers)
- Current Debit/EBT Card Balance printout
- Current Statement from all 401K, IRA, and/or other asset accounts (include account numbers)
- Birth certificates for each household member under the age of 18 years old
Please bring a money order or cashier's check for the credit/background fee of $45.00 per applicant 18 and over. Personal checks will not be accepted.
